The perfect way to announce the details of your wedding is to send out Save-the-Date cards 6-12 months before the day. Follow these up with coordinating Invitations 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding.

Orders of Service will allow guests to follow the ceremony, whilst at the reception a Table Plan, Place Settings and Menus keep people informed. Remember Orders of Service for the Choir and Clergy.

After the event, sending thank you cards is a polite way of thanking your guests for sharing your special day and their generous gifts. It's a good idea to order extra cards for those unexpected presents.
